Can I get a receipt or invoice for a card purchase?

Yes. All orders receive a confirmation by e-mail, and the invoice is available in the order overview on send.glede.app — also when you have paid by card.

Do we get a refund for gifts that are not used?

No. If the gift has been sent, the amount has been transferred to the recipient and is not refunded. However, if you cancel the order before the gifts have been sent, you will receive a credit note on the invoice — see [Cancel or delete an order](/en/help/cancel-an-order).

Companies can pay for gift cards with an invoice instead of a card. You choose the payment method in the last step when you send an order.

When are the gifts sent?

This is the most common misunderstanding: the gifts are only sent when the invoice has been paid. If the order says "awaiting payment", it is because the payment has not been registered with us yet.

If the accounting department has confirmed that the invoice has been paid, but the order is still pending, it may be that the payment is not connected to the correct order. Contact us with the order ID and payment date, and we will connect it manually.

If the gifts are to be delivered on a specific date, place the order well in advance — or choose card payment, which will send the gifts immediately.

EHF and e-invoice

We send invoices as EHF to companies that are registered for it. We use the organization number to find the recipient address, so you do not need to enter anything else. If you also need the invoice by e-mail, let us know - we can send both.

Changing the payment method for an order

If you want to switch from invoice to card — or vice versa — on an order that has already been entered, we have to do it for you. Contact us with the order ID. If the order has not been sent out yet, you can also delete it and re-enter it with the correct payment method.

Invoice credit

Paying by invoice requires the company to be approved for credit with us. New customers are often given a lower limit to begin with, which is expanded over time. If you need a higher frame before a larger shipment, contact us in advance.
