Earlier this year, the leadership team at View Ledger Norway wanted to send a warm gift to every employee to thank them for their effort. She’s seen before that employees value being able to choose for themselves. “We’ve experimented with all kinds of Christmas gifts. The ones that landed best were always the ones where employees got to pick. People are different — they have different preferences.”
