Gunn Sørmo (Administration Coordinator) and Kristine Goa Kloven (HR Manager) are responsible for Christmas gifts in the group. For Christmas 2023, they wanted to send Goodtech’s employees into the holidays with a generous thank-you.
Gunn shares how they’ve handled it in previous years:
“Employees got to pick from a selection of physical gifts. It’s been relatively straightforward to handle,” she says.
But it hasn’t been without its challenges.
“We’ve seen plenty of cases where people don’t actually claim the items, and it’s a shame when the gifts go unused. On top of that, people often have more than enough stuff already.”
We have far too many things, and it’s been hard to get the mix of gifts right.
A gift for everyone
When Kristine heard about Glede, she thought it was the perfect fit for that year’s Christmas gifts.
