Mari Helen Hammer is a senior office coordinator at BDO’s Trondheim office, where part of her job is making sure employees feel well looked after. Together with a few colleagues, she handles the staff gifts. She tells us a bit about how it used to work.
“We used to give a local, physical gift card. The downside is that it can only be used in a few places, and because it’s physical, a lot of people simply forgot to use it. We also tried another digital gift card, but some people struggled with the user experience.”
