Use Glede on a new phone

Got a new phone and kept your phone number? Sign in to the same Glede account on your new phone. You do not need to delete your account or activate the gift card again.

   Download the Glede app

   Install Glede from the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android.

   Sign in with the same phone number

   Choose the correct country code and use the number you used on your old phone. Enter the one-time code sent to you by SMS.

   Find your gift card

   Once you are signed in to the same account, you can find your gift card and balance in the app.

   Add the card to your wallet again

   Add your Glede card to Apple Pay or Google Wallet on the new phone. Follow the wallet guide.

Have you also changed your phone number?

See change the phone number on your gift card. If you have an activated card on your old account or cannot access your old number, contact us before creating a new account.

If you cannot find your gift card after signing in, check that you used the same number and country code as before. Contact us if you still need help.
