Create a business account and log in with BankID

This is how the company gets started, why we require BankID, and what happens when the first order is approved.

Create account

  1. Go to send.glede.app and choose to create an account

    Use your work email address.

  2. Find the company

Look up the organization number. We get your name and address from the Brønnøysund registers, so you don't have to fill them in yourself.

  3. Confirm your identity with BankID

This is a requirement, not an option — see below.

Why do I have to use BankID?

Glede issues payment cards with real money on them. We are therefore required to know who is acting on behalf of the company, in the same way as a bank. BankID is the fastest way to do it — there is nothing we can skip or make exceptions for.

Noe gikk galt med BankID-verifiseringen
What it means
The verification was interrupted before it was completed — often because the tab was closed, or because it took too long.
What to do
Close the tab completely and start again from the login page. Please use a different browser if this happens several times.
This account belongs to someone else
What it means
The user is already confirmed with the BankID of one specific person, and the BankID you used belongs to someone else. This usually happens when several people share one login on a shared email address.
What to do
Let the person who confirmed the user sign in with their BankID, and ask to be invited under Settings → Users and access. You then get your own sign-in on your own work email. If that is not possible, select “Contact support” in the error message to open the support form with the incident prefilled.

Page seems to hang after BankID? It probably is not. After BankID we check your identity against public registers. That usually takes a few seconds, but if your company is already approved with us it can take a couple of minutes — the page says so while it works. Reloading or closing the tab before it finishes means starting over.

Could we not find your address after BankID? On the company-representative verification page, enter your full name exactly as it appears in the Norwegian National Population Register. Your date of birth is already verified with BankID and cannot be changed. When the name and date of birth produce one match, Glede stores the registered address and continues the checks automatically — there is no separate address-confirmation step.

Approval of first order

When a new business account places its first order, Glede automatically runs a business assessment. It can take several minutes. If the assessment cannot approve the business automatically, it is sent for manual review before the gifts are delivered. Later orders normally go straight through.

If the first dispatch is to take place on a specific date, place the order well in advance. If it is urgent, contact us and write URGENT — and we will prioritize it.

Can't log in

  • Do you not receive the one-time code by SMS? Check that the number of the user is correct and try "Send again" after a minute.
  • Is the account locked? Too many incorrect attempts will temporarily lock the account. Wait 15 minutes and try again.
  • Asked for a code from an authenticator app you do not have? Then two-factor authentication is turned on for your user — perhaps on an earlier phone, or by someone who helped you get started. Contact us and we will remove it. After that you log in with your password and BankID every time, until you turn two-factor on again under «My profile».
  • Does "forgot password" not work? Check the spam filter. If the email does not arrive, an administrator in the company can delete the user and invite you again.
  • Did you create the account with the wrong email address? Contact us — we can move the user to the correct address.

If you are still locked out, contact us with the e-mail address and organization number of the company.
